We loved seeing you in the pub at Port Fairy. We were so disappointed to
learn that you were not playing at the festival but the gig at the pub was
even better. I've decided to buy Emily a belly dancing skirt for her
birthday as she had so much fun dancing with you on the stage. We now have
all of your CDs and love them all.
> Hope to see you soon.

Many thanks for your beautiful album. It's a real pleasure to listen to your songs. It cost me a great effort to stop that record player. The female singer has a great voice. The voice seems effortless, mature and so clear. There's a wide variety of music. I recognised the Celtic background in 7 & 10. You would be very successful in Brittany. The musicians are excellent and so is the recording.
I have rarely heard such a good album. I must congratulate you all. I'll feature most of your songs in my radio show starting with 8 & 1 next week.

Today we got the second newsletter from Skagens Festival, and reading this I suddenly found the name " The BordererS" among the bands. Is it realy true that You will be back in Skagen this summer. We hope so and will looking forward to enjoy your music again.
Love from from two BordererS fans from Denmark.
Thank you most sincerely for your album A Time for Change" which arrived in the mail today and I appreciate your giving me the opportunity to continue promoting your music. I have just added the album to my data base. What an excellent presentation - have not seen an album finished this way before. Very professional and great music. Can just imagine many of my listeners really enjoying great memories with Track 11 - and I just love Galway Shawl and My Mother an Angel of Love - as well as every other track. Congratulations I will certainly give the tracks plenty of airplay and I am sure the Album will bring you much success.

We've dug out some of your albums lately. I've been listening to 'Grace' today - it's really a beautiful album with a really good, humbling message. Funny that I didn't seem to take the time to really listen to it earlier - it's nice to find a new discovery.....

The BordererS - No! We're Not Going Home Makes me feel good.
I need the music for line-dancing. Last Saturday night I was at a line-dance party in Ystad where I¥ve learnt a dance to that piece of music. Õ will try to teach it to my collegues at the club so I need the music.
We have danced to your music before so I know of you but it isn¥t easy to find the cds here. Internet is a good help and easy when it works, so thank you.

Referring to our telephone call. Can you to send us the words of these songs: "Australians Christmas Day" and "The Gift". This is very important for us because our daughter chose these songs to sing on a Christmas Carols Festival concert in Poland. We know the melodies but we don't know all the words of the songs. We also point out that at present time we live in Poland, but Adelaide is very close in our hearts because we have lived there for many years, but still we have decided to return to our home country. We would also like to buy your new albums and we must say that you songs are great and voices are beautiful. Congratulations and we wish you more success. Maybe someday we will meet at a concert in Poland, we warmly welcome you here.
With regards
Teresa Lorek
First time I hear Borderers music it was 5-6 years before in a Line Dance party ( I am the first Line Dance instructor in Latvia). I hear your music and find Your band name. Then I start find information about Borderers. My friends send me Your CD. And I am Your fan now.
I download from Borderers web song ANGEL OF LOVE. Maybe You can allow me to use this musik in choregraphers competition in WCDF Worlds Championships?

Great to catch up with you guys again in Portland. As usual the shows were fantastic. I have to make comment on your new CD:
"A TIME FOR A CHANGE" It has not been off the player since I got back home. I have no doubt it is the best thing you have ever done. I have a copy of The Seeger Sessions (Springsteen) a fabulous album, but I now have a new favorite by a mile. Keep on rockin' Guys. See you at Moonee Valley.
Stuie.
Very soon we will be looking to buy our tickets for next years Port Fairy festival. Just wondering if you guys are performing there?
Next year will be my son Josh's first festival where he can drink legally-he's hoping you're performing in the Guiness tent. We have been going to the festival for about 14 years. A couple of years ago he was there watching your concert and having a fantastic time.....so fantastic that one of the security guys thought he'd been drinking............which he hadn't.....it's one of his favourite stories....ha ha.
We hope to see you perform there.
Rose.

I'am not sure to have enought words to say how i appeciate your music, it's a revelation!!!
I listen and listen and listen again with each time the same happyness. I suppose you are "stars" in australia.
Be sure you will have my support to let know how good is your music!
If i have the agreement of the radio station i project to have a special show for you next saturday, one hour with your two cd's.
Some of your songs like "land of promise, Galway shawl, could be, should be played in stadiums with symphony orchestra, welsh choir, pipe bands, i don't anderstand why it's not the case!
Absolutely yes, i'am inspired with your music, you have found in me a new fan.
The voice of Alex is warm with emotion, blues, joy, i think we have the same values of life, kids, parents, peace, love...
What else, it's impossible to not falling in love with your music.

Wow that latest album is really something, especially tracks 3, 4, 10 and 12. "Galway Shawl" is to die for. I can't stop playing it. It's so very touching. It was so lovely to see you guys in Darwin and your performance at Brown's Mart was unreal. Keep up the great work!

The New song "Love is the Answer" is a great song and being a Viet-Nam Vet I agree with the words in the song.
I think you should send a copy to John Howard and President Bush to listen too.
Sincerely Yours David Pettifer
Just wanted to say we bought your Grace Album last Christmas and WOW! We took it with us ( From Warragul, Vic) and played it all around the UK on a fly drive holiday. We probably played it over 20 times and it was sooo.. uplifting - fantastic.
Difficult to choose a favourite from the GRACE album - but I did like the "The Little Things", especially when it gets a bit wilder towards the end - love it - lets have more of it!!. Also lurve the variety in your music style
Finally have to tell you a short story about the first Album we bought - "Inspired". We played it over and over whilst decorating our B&B in Warragul. The painter helping us didn't say anything although we always put it on loud for the Loch Lomond song. After 6 days he came up to us (we thought to ask if we could change the CD). He asked what was the CD and where could he buy it!
