What you've had to say about the borderers?

Thank you so much for sending the CD's so promptly. Received them all yesterday in excellent order. Thanks for the personal messages on them, I appreciate you taking the time during such a busy time of the year, to do so. All the songs are wonderful as usual, & I look forwards to playing them regularly - the track "Love them while you can", is especially heartfelt - such beautiful & poignant words. I strive to do exactly that much more with the ones I love, who are in my life. You have done an excellent job putting this album together - it is a lovely tribute to Rowan & I applaud your work, well done!! You can be very proud. Lorna Offer

Hi! Thank you so much for Friday night?it was awesome and your music got my (76 year old) mother up dancing (with a knee replacement) for the first time in 20 years!!!!!Noel And Andrea Brooks, Adelaide

Alex & Jim. I would like to thank you very much for a fantastic house concert. All our guests remarked on how good you were and they want you back! I reckon you have a great marketing tool with the house concerts, because you really get value for money. If anyone is thinking of having a house concert...don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed. I will be in touch soon about another one, we all want you back.David & Jo White, Lara, Vic, Australia

You were amazing at Mark and Janine?s wedding on Saturday ...thank you for including my beautiful grand daughters in everything .. little groupies that they are lol ..loveThe Bride's mum xx

Dear Jim And Alex, Thank you so much for being part of Sam's celebration - he really loved it and everyone has been talking about it since. There's a move on now to get you back to Tumut to perform at a larger venue - we have the Festival of the Falling Leaf every April so we'll make sure the relevant people get to know about you and maybe next year, eh??! Once again, thanks so much - especially for doing the "Smoke on the Water" riff, Ian was over the moon!!Phyllis Darragh

Dear Jim & Alex, Your contribution to the Limestone Coast Art Prize opening was just spot-on: heart-breakingly pertinent (not a dry eye in the beginning) and with all accustomed flair, range and fun. Your words about Rohan touched everyone, anchored the evening, and gave license for others to speak who would not normally do so. Very much appreciated. It was gutsy of you to come and PEAK was immensely pleased with the turn-up on such a wild, wet night. With best wishes & love,James

Hi Jim and Alex Thank you for a lovely music concert at the Walkerville Residential Care Centre today. I know every one there enjoyed your music. I hope you can come back next year for another show. Once again thanks for the entertainment.Malcolm Boyley

Hi Guys, Just listened to your first tape with my 4 year old daughter and was inspired to look you up on the Google search. Far from having trouble finding some hidden reference to your band from several years ago, to my delight I found you are still very much together and performing!! The tape which I have must be 10 years old. I bought it for my older daughters at a concert which we attended when they were 5 and 3. The tape must have been played a thousand times in their childhood (up until about 13 and 11). It is now getting repetitive playing with my newest little girl and she loves it as much as her older sisters and almost as much as her mum!!! I have backed up the entire tape on my computer as I am sure that one day it will be chewed up by the cassette deck and tears will flow. I did not think that I would ever be able to get another copy! I see that you perform around South Australia but wonder if you ever travel to Victoria anymore. I would love to get details of any upcoming shows which I may possibly be able to attend with my 4 year old, Imogen, and I know that my 15 year old and 13 year old would just love to come along too with or without the excuse of having to come with their little sister!! Would also love to present the idea of putting on a show locally, (in Echuca) for our day care or kindergarten!! Now to get to work on the credit card and order some CD's. All our best regards.Cathy, Tamara, Rhiannon and Imogen Rowley

My son will be turning 18 in January and he has been a fan of yours since he was very young. Paul even chose one of your songs for a music project at school this year and got an A for it and everyone loved the music. I'm wanting to give him something he will always remember and cherish as he has had a tough time growing up as his father passed away when he was 4, and i couldn't think of a nicer way but to have the Borderers play at his 18th to bring him into adult hood. He and I are very close and I would like to thank him for being a great son through our toughest times and being my little man in the house now he's the man. We go to most of your concerts that are in Adelaide we saw you today at the Man Alive Festival at Semaphore.Nerine

Hi Alex and Jim, Just wanted to say a big Thank You for helping to make my birthday a great day on Saturday. I know you must have been feeling very stressed and frazzled by the time you arrived but like the true professionals you are, still managed to provide some fantastic entertainment. Everyone loved the music and I couldn't have been happier with what you delivered.Cathy (Mt. Eliza, Melbourne)
